Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within one business day. For items ordered before noon, we aim for same-day shipping. This applies to orders placed from Monday to Friday.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that the following delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier staff levels, strikes, or other disruptions:

  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days
  • Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days

Our Couriers

We utilise the services of Royal Mail and Evri for shipping, depending on the item and your delivery postcode.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are tracked for your convenience. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as it becomes available. Please note that tracking numbers may take some time to become active in the system. We appreciate your patience before reaching out to us with concerns about inactive tracking numbers.

Non-Business Days

Weekends and bank holidays are not considered business days for the purposes of shipping estimates. While our team does work on weekends and bank holidays to pack orders, once an order is packed, it cannot be cancelled.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

Lost Parcel Procedure

If your parcel hasn't arrived, please be aware that we need a 10-day window from the dispatch date to officially mark it as lost, in accordance with our couriers' policies. We do our utmost to deliver over 95% of our orders within the shipping window, but occasionally some parcels do get delayed due to forces beyond our control. But we take each delay very seriously, and have regular feedback sessions with our couriers to ensure our targets are well achieved. 

Conditions for Resolving Lost Parcels:
  1. Returned to Best Ideas UK: We can proceed with a refund or replacement if the item is returned to us.

  2. Elapsed Time: If 10 days have passed since your order was dispatched and you haven't received it, we will consider it lost and process a refund or replacement.

Shipping Fee Refunds for Late Parcels

Should your parcel be unreasonably delayed based on the selected delivery method, we will refund the shipping fees associated with your order. However, a full refund for the order will only be possible once the item is returned to us or the 10-day window has elapsed.
